NGST's Direct Giving Program supports non-profit organizations that strive to make our communities better places for everyone to live and work. 

Northrop Grumman provides an opportunity for employees to have donations to education institutions matched through Northrop Grumman's Employee Matching Gift for Education Program.

Northrop Grumman Space Technology employees can make donations to qualified non-profit organizations through payroll deductions by participating with Northrop Grumman's Employee Charity Organization (ECHO).  Qualifying organizations may request grants from ECHO.  Information and forms are available for download.
