Our convenient on-site Fitness Center is available if you exercise at the beginning of the day, during your lunchtime, or after work. It includes an aerobics studio, basketball court, cardio equipment room, and two weight rooms, and is staffed by certified fitness professionals.

Hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 5:30 am - 9:00 am and 11:00 am - 9:00 pm. All Northrop Grumman employees and retirees are eligible to join the Fitness Center. For more information, call (310) 536-9566.
