Welcome to the Northrop Grumman Advanced Technology Support Program (ATSP) Home Page. ATSP provides rapid access to Northrop Grumman advanced technologies and engineering services to improve the operational readiness of fielded systems. ATSP utilizes a contracting approach that can shorten the procurement cycle to as little as 4-6 weeks.

The ATSP2 delivery order contract (third in a series) is managed by the Defense Microelectronics Activity (DMEA), located in Sacramento, California, which reports to the Deputy Undersecretary of Defense for Logistics. ATSP2 can be used by the Department of Defense and other federal and state government agencies.

To use ATSP2, your agency only needs a funded task requirement that is within the scope of ATSP2.
