Northrop Grumman's extensive chemistry capabilities provide an advanced level of integrated chemistry, materials, and engineering expertise in propellants and propulsion system materials for Northrop Grumman programs and external customers.

Capabilities include propulsion and spacecraft systems support, analytical chemistry and environmental analysis, laser system chemistry, and general analytical chemistry and basic research. Five chemistry laboratories support development activities.
