Job Fairs: Managers and recruiters are available to discuss Northrop Grumman and collect resumes that will be forward to the appropriate hiring area. Many of your questions about the company can be answered in these fun events.

Information Sessions: This is an opportunity for students to learn more about our company and products. After a short overview on Northrop Grumman and an opportunity for you to ask questions, you will meet with managers from areas directly relating to your major or discipline. You and a manager can discuss your goals and our requirements in a more casual setting and fill available slots in their interview schedule.

On-Campus Interviews: Our hiring managers meet with students one-on-one to discuss and evaluate their skills and goals and determine if there is a match with Northrop Grumman. In most cases, the next step will be interviews at one of our facilities.
