Northrop Grumman Space Technology?s Fellowship Program is a key component of our commitment to hiring and developing world class talent. We provide academic fellowships to selected members of the professional technical staff so that they may earn advanced technical degrees while maintaining a non-standard work schedule.

Our Fellowship Program:

• Is open to all professional employees;
• Includes studies in engineering or scientific fields of study related to the employee?s job responsibilities (current or anticipated);
• Includes financial support in the form of stipends, tuition, and cost of books; and
• Recognizes that the first priority of the fellow is to complete his/her academic program; therefore, supervisors allow recipients work schedule flexibility to meet academic requirements consistent with their program.
