Velocium UCJ106 Converter

Velocium's non-return-to-zero (NRZ) to return-to-zero (RZ) UCJ106 converter is produced in high-performance indium phosphide (InP) technology. It marks the first chip released in a Velocium family of electronic RZ solutions specifically targeting the OC-192/STM64 ultra-long haul, long-haul and metro fiber systems. The UCJ106 is capable of running at up to 12.7 gigabits per second, providing overhead room for the most robust Forward Error Correction algorithms.
